Of course you are wrong or lying. Troops may not participate in political or other activities while in uniform or otherwise identifying as U.S. military. In civilian clothing, off military installations, and not identifying as a member of the U.S. Military, the service member is not restricted from participating in legal political activities.

That is not true. Military regulations preclude wearing the uniform at a political rally but individuals have the right to Free Speech.
