The title of this article is somewhat misleading, from my understanding, what Geert Wilder’s party did was win the most seats in their parliament, since they did not win an outright majority of seats, they have to form a coalition government with other parties, most of the other mainstream parties have pledged to not work with his party, which could keep Wilders from becoming Prime Minister.

That’s my understanding as well. Geert isn’t PM just yet. He still has to form a government.
