I've posted this at least twice on FR, I'm pretty sure, yet searches turned up nothing.Julian Lambertson and Zac Leger - Diplodocus jigs | 5:06

[snip] The first tune comes from Liz Carroll and refers to a species of Jurassic sauropod dinosaur(and yes, I know we don't play it the way Liz plays it; we tried doing some different variations than how it is normally played. This how we recorded it). The slip jig comes from fiddler James Kelly, formerly from Dublin and now resident in Miami, Florida. We recorded the first two tunes together on the "Oisre" album. The final tunes comes from our good friend Mike Dugger. He wrote for accordionist/multi-instrumentalist Rick Cunningham, who lives, yes, in Alabama. We are still working the kinks out of this set as it is another we hadn't tried in a while and we had not tried adding the last tune before. Let us know what you think! And since someone always asks, the tuning I am using here is drop-D. [/snip]
