I particularly enjoy the "computer modeling of the different psychological types for a colony on Mars".

Mix and equal number of men a women, and the watch the mayhem begin!

Seriously, the only people who would volunteer to live on Mars would be either scarily stupid or already suicidal. Add sex to the mix, and it will go nuclear.

It’s always about finding life to eliminate the fact that man and earth are special.

Richard Hoagland was right! These underground hexagons are remnants of an ancient Mars civilization. There used to be a thriving civilization on Mars, and they had advanced technology far greater than our own. Mars used to have a breathable atmosphere. But there was a terrible accident that resulted in a gigantic explosion that blew the atmosphere into space, and left a giant scar on the planet surface that is still visible to this day. Most of the water on Mars evaporated with a lack of an atmosphere, and the civilization perished. But maybe some of them managed to escape Mars and colonize Earth, which is the origin of all of the "ancient astronaut" legends we have heard, and also explains the legends of 'wizardry' and 'magic.' These Martians who came to earth would have had god-like powers over the primitive civilizations that they encountered, and may have even constructed the Pyramids and the other Wonders of the Ancient World..........

Hexagons are axtually very common in nature

“Columns of basalts from an old volcanic eruption. A snowflake. Beehives. Corals, crystals, and a lot of other structures, both biological and non-biological, feature hexagons. Why does nature, which often seems so messy and irregular, seem to prefer this shape? Well, as it turns out, it’s all about geometry and physics”

What a disappointment, irregular polygons. Giant diamonds would be so much better.

You can see polygons in just about any “mud flat” or “Salt flat.” It is a naturally occurring shape when water evaporates.

The GMU researchers had five trials lasting 28 years, with population sizes ranging from 10 to 170. As a result, they discovered that “an initial population of 22 was the minimum required to maintain a viable colony size over the long run.”
