Pretty sure whoever foots the bill for the billions of dollars to send you to Mars is going to make you sign away any claim to “mineral rights”. And you’d be signing up for a one-way ticket to a frozen, barren planet where you would be imprisoned in a hole in the ground forever, or however long you could survive on the limited supplies.
