I have missed him and also missed defending his carmudgeoness from those less knowledgeable of his great character. Humble is one of my favorites here on FR, loved to read his occasional screeds.
I remember with great fondness Humble and you posting to threads from Bagdad written by Allegra, the rootinest tootinest lady this side of the Pecos.

PJ - I and probably others don’t even know what was said about your wife. And I don’t want to know. I am all for helping and supporting each other and sometimes just ignoring. I do know that forgiveness goes a long way. Be at peace. We all change and grow.
HG was given "forgiveness" last January when he promised to mend his ways after one of his typical toxic episodes. Then a couple of weeks later he RELAPSED to his normal toxic behavior when he said not only something very PREJUDICED but also misogynistic about my wife. How many "forgivenesses" does one get when the relapse rate is 100%?

I am sorry for your hurt. We all have our own beliefs. Mine is from Jesus who said we must forgive repeatedly. I have repeatedly forgiven someone who shows no sign of repentance or regret and it still has done me much good. I respect your choice.
Hey, it's not like HG is being sentenced to the gallows. All he can't do is post his toxic poison... However, in his case that could be like a death sentence considering his past as a serial toxic poisoner who continually violated FR rules of civility no matter how many chances he was given over the years.

I get it. Turn the other cheek. But guess what? We only have TWO cheeks. And HG was given his chance back in January and he foolishly slapped both cheeks one after the other in quick succession. Oh, and Jesus did NOT say "Go and sin SOME MORE."
So what DID Jesus say about forgiving people?
Go and sin NO MORE... Not SOME MORE.
