The meme was a reference to the movie Little Nicky from Adam Sandler. He plays a son of the devil (Harvey Keitel) that visits the earthen realm. The scene in the meme is Hitler wearing a French maid outfit picking the pineapple to have shoved up his can as his daily humiliation in Hell. I imagine this scenario for Fauci.
