The nurses were not taught how to change any of that.The system used was EPIC.

Any patient that had covid got an unknown status of vaccination. Meanwhile,the media was spinning the results saying that all the patients in the hospital were unvaccinated.

Charts were manipulated and staff was not taught how to right the wrongs on the patients chart.
