I’ve seen several of these videos, and from what I’ve read it looks like the honey badger has two things in its favor here:

1. It’s got an outer layer of loose skin that makes it difficult for predators to get a good grip on them in close quarters like this:

2. Leopards are solitary animals and don’t hunt in packs. It’s almost obvious when you look at how there’s no coordination at all among the three in this video. They just attack randomly — usually one at a time, but no more than two simultaneously — and hope for the best. It’s likely that these are three juvenile siblings from the same litter that are still learning how to hunt.
