Possibly. My daughter was flown to Atlanta some years ago to interview with a large airline for a stewardess position. She was a nanny at the time, great with kids, bilingual, knew CPR. They told her off the record that gays were favored for the positions because they stayed on the job longer and it was more compatible with their family life.
Still she was hopeful, because more than two thirds of the candidates were dismissed after the interview. She got her 'sorry' phone call about a week later. So the next time you are wondering why this airline sponsors 'pride parades' and features an obviously gay couple in their advertising, you have your answer.
