Hmmm, I recall a case where some OSU students had some bad coke at a party, (laced with phen), a couple of them died and another survived. Seems like something like that is the most likely scenario. The logistics and details of why they were outside is the only question, but even that has a lot of possibilities that aren’t nefarious.
