I was (and am) in Maryland. I loved Big Boy.
You may have to go to Michigan to find one. I see that Michigan has 51 of the 61 Bob’s Big Boys that still exist.
Apparently only 3 remain in Southern California. There once were 140 here in SoCal. The vast demographic change here may have doomed them, like it has many American things.
Marriot bought the chain at one point. Hot Shoppes was a Marriot created chain so they should have had the skills to run Big Boy.
