IIRC, Robin Williams was an auto-erotica suicide. I don't think it was. He took himself out before the Parkinson's disease did. But he didn't have Parkinson's. Autopsy found he had diffuse Lewy bodies. Doctor's misdiagnosed. He also suffered from depression.
You might be thinking of David Carradine.
