Actually they are just trying to hold the representatives they have.
New York and the Democrats have been losing people for decades now - a party that aborts itself out of existence and markets itself to single females and homosexuals isn’t exactly on a growth path.

Simple math says that is $25,077,600 per day. Congratulations NY residents (and of course the rest of the country when Biden keeps sending $ millions their way)
You did the math the wrong way. You have to start out by knowing that $25 million is going out the door to political cronies and donors everyday, then work it forward to get the $387 per day per illegal number.
