the ruling was a major blow to HER. If she got removed the case could have gone to a more competent DA (not that there’s an ounce of merit to this case). But instead, she has a massive uphill battle with all the negatives about her and the sliminess of her tactics.

She’s going nowhere fast.

I agree his ruling was weak, but in the end will work to Trumps advantage.

Well, I’m not as old as you, but nipping at your heels. Age is less relevant than how you feel. I feel like I am nearing a century, and I know I have somehow cheated death many times over already. I’m coming Elizabeth (Red Foxx). 🤣

Up to speed? Yeah, normally that would be right, but this railroad job is by design already going 90 miles an hour. The whole thing is supposed to take Trump out pre-election.

Yeah, Fani’s a blithering black idiot. Congratulations Atlanta, you bigots elected a bigot for DA.

Never fear, she’ll just go on The View and claim she’s a victim of racism any day now.

Yeah, but he & 17 others will just pile up more legal debts, all predicated upon a lie. So, that aspect does not appease me, it only makes me madder. These cases all work to advantage Trump, but enough is enough already. We need a breath of sanity before we all go bonkers over what is transpiring in this nation.

I agree. There’s so much bad commentary that the case seems impossible to pursue without constant motions to delay/dismiss. She’s been proven to be corrupt, and the issue of coordinating with the white house hasn’t even been addressed.

Wade is a defense council who never prosecuted a case in his life. A rather dumb and unethical attorney looking at his stupid behavior in this case.

I might agree with this. She will be a stuck pig on her next appearance in the courtroom.

Who would you rather have persecuting you, this incompetent DEI appealamatic dullard or potentially a conniving Lawfare shyster who knew what he was doing?

Anyone who posts on these threads about this topic based on the expectation that the removal of Fani Mugabe would have resulted in the dismissal of all the charges is naive and/or delusional ... and should not waste their time posting here.

Yeah, was never going to happen. The prosecution now though has to delay for quite a while while they bring a new team up to speed.

it wasnt so much abotu dismissing the charges agaisnt Trump, but rather more abotu not allowing the left to just commit crimes and get away with it scott free like they usually do- I think they were al thinking it was gonna be another verdict like they gave hillary “Sure, she’s guilty, BUT she didn’t INTEND to commit the crimes, therefore she’s innocent” verdict- and it seems as though this case had nearly the same verdict “Sure she’s guilty, BUT, she should be allowed to continue IF she gets rid of loverboy”

It didn’t belong in his court. It needed to be in a state superior court. The few flaws in a national matter in a county courtroom. Everyone there is local and elected local. Just my opinion.

Yeah, but the Whitehouse already settled with Fanny on price and delivery for services. She already spent that. Is Joe going to ask for a refund? Send the bagman to go take it back?

You may be right. The judge allowed her to stay on but it’s clear that she is corrupt and damaged goods. I’m wondering too - since Wade is no longer on the case, can he now be used as a witness against her?

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ruling was Genius!

Sure, just claim it's a 3D Chess move and call it "genius".

The "genius" ruling should have been to simply drop her. Anything less isn't genius.
