Anyone who posts on these threads about this topic based on the expectation that the removal of Fani Mugabe would have resulted in the dismissal of all the charges is naive and/or delusional ... and should not waste their time posting here.
That has nothing to do wit that at all. The act deserves the most severe penalty available, because she disgraced her own office and abused her position of authority. It sends a terrible message, and it encourages continued abuses because there are no consequences for doing so.
The question is whether the new DA would still pursue the "novel" RICO approach, do something else, or drop the charges altogether.
I think Willis tried to form a RICO case because she was reliving a past success -- she prosecuted an Atlanta Public School cheating scandal on standardized tests as a RICO case against 35 people. All but 12 took plea deals, and 11 of the 12 that went to trial were found guilty.
Do you think that if another GA District Attorney were to pick up the case from Willis, they would stick with the RICO approach?

Yeah, was never going to happen. The prosecution now though has to delay for quite a while while they bring a new team up to speed.
it wasnt so much abotu dismissing the charges agaisnt Trump, but rather more abotu not allowing the left to just commit crimes and get away with it scott free like they usually do- I think they were al thinking it was gonna be another verdict like they gave hillary “Sure, she’s guilty, BUT she didn’t INTEND to commit the crimes, therefore she’s innocent” verdict- and it seems as though this case had nearly the same verdict “Sure she’s guilty, BUT, she should be allowed to continue IF she gets rid of loverboy”
If she is removed so is the entire office and would be assigned to an entirely different jurisdiction and would begin from scratch!
You are way off. As usual.
