The administration gave no reason, just that the original tickets weren't good anymore.
So suddenly a lot of left wing activists got tickets, disrupted the speech, and the university did nothing.
You don't belong in Memphis if you know what's best for you. If you have to drive through on I-40 or I-55 fuel up and use the restroom in Arkansas, Mississippi or a Tennessee county outside of Memphis.
Lock your doors, keep up with traffic no matter how fast it goes and don't look at anyone.
And for heavens sake don't send your 18 year old to college in Memphis.
So much for Free Speech on a college campus.
Same story unfolding at Kent State University. So far, the university defends his appearance.

The U of M Law School is a political cesspool. They meddle in everything related to the university and the city government. The U is where political hacks get appointed for no-show jobs.

“And for heavens sake don’t send your 18 year old to college in Memphis.”
Very sound advice for those who want to stay above ground as long as possible.
This sort of crap has been going on with conservative speakers for 2 decades, maybe more. Until there is real pain caused to the universities, it will not stop.
One look at the demographics of those that are protesting Rittenhouse should tell you who and what the enemy is. I worked the Fireman’s Riots in Memphis back in 78’ and saw what was there before they had dominant numbers of population after Willie “Hump” Harrington was elected. Memphis is a cesspool now that has insight on how a city once managed or directed toward a specific population becomes.
Saint Kyle the Ventilator, pray for us.
My alma mater. Disgusting.
A lifetime ago I attended college in Memphis. It was a nice experience in those days (if you knew where not to go), but I wouldn’t dream of driving through Memphis today. Fortunately I live much closer to another bridge over the Mississippi (and in a very rural setting).
As one crosses the bridge across the Mississippi and enters Memphis there should be an arch that reads, “Entering the gate of Hell.”
