Alcohol is a demon. For some people, like me, the hooks get deeper and deeper into you, and become increasingly hard to pull out over time. People like me who really feel love toward others and feel connected may be particularly vulnerable. Alcohol offers an easy escape... A return to a perception of our natural strengths. It is a fallacy. Fortunately the problem is reasonably well understood.
I had problems with alcohol myself, but I disciplined myself down to one drink a night, and now that’s all I drink, or not at all.
One’s the limit. I’ll never go back.
I have two daughters that consume adult beverages with men those men often buying the beverages for them.
In one case the guys my one daughter met at the strip club in Harrisburg Pennsylvania’s state capital city identified themselves as high-ranking Democrats.
Biden better talk to those Democrats preying on young women and buying them drinks.

The older guys here who grew up in cities with a lot of blacks might remember how frequently they saw those yellow eyes in black men.

Why not? I’ve had it under control for years, and I like it. Furthermore, I worked for a year to get it under control, so I’m reaping the benefits. Half the days I don’t even drink, or I might just take a sip and be done with it. The point is that I proved to myself that I’m not helpless.
I got the impression she was working there.
She is in a more permanent relationship now more professional in her activities IMHO.
Both daughters one Democrat one Republican doing well before they are 40.
Well...women wanted to be more like men. Are they happy yet?
Another thing I identify as a drunk myself but a currently sober one at the meetings I meet Democrats and Republicans who are also recovering politicians.
I dabbled heavy in politics in my youth.
