Can we discount any welfare checks they have gotten over the last 50 years as paying forward some of what is owed.

This one is on the nutty “religious groups” false churches...how about donate to worthy patriotic causes instead?

So if Boston is fined for contributing more to slavery than others, can the states not in the Union in the 1860s and all the Northern states which did not have slavery in the 1800s be exempt for reparations?

Example: The Territory of Michigan had “underground railroad” hiding centers in Ypsilanti and elsewhere commemorated with historical plaques. Did they pay their dues?

Will they take canned soup from my pantry instead? I have 4 cans of tomato lentil soup I bought on a lark years ago that is no longer sold and should hold a “reparationee” for a couple of days.
