Speaking of mother in law humor, several years ago we stayed at the Historic Parry Motor Lodge in Kanab, Utah. It's where the movie stars stayed when they were making movies in Kanab and the surrounding area.
When Frank Sinatra was staying there, he had them build a separate unit for his mother in law, on the other side of the property.
Very nice hotel, well maintained and very clean.
