Harry spent less than a day in UK when King Charles’ cancer was announced. He obviously didn’t see Kate or any member of her family. With his past revelations about royal life, no family member could trust him with the truth. The first thing he would have done is blab to the press. Harry and Meghan are vulgar and the less they have to do with family across the pond, the better for the Royals. Let us hope that the stress that those two created is absent and the King and Princess can both heal up.
I am sympathetic to Harry because of what he dealt with re: Diana and to Meghan for being consternated by monarchy protocols and choosing America over the UK. However they often fail to play the long game and burned too many bridges too fast.
In my view; it’d be better to have Harry fronting the monarchy when two of its top players are out of commission, more than let’s say, Prince Andrew and co.
