Funny, particularly the part about reading reviews from other squaters, but other then that, you don’t need a new app. You can just use zillow or realtor and seach for homes that suit you. It has pictures and everything. Then just scout it for occupancy, and move in if it’s empty.

If you’re low tech, just look for yard signs. Easy.

Better to do it in heavily democrat/woke areas though, which is a trade-off. You are a lot less likely to be forcibly evicted in those area, and you may even get direct government intervention on your behalf. On the flip side, democrat areas are usually crap holes
