If I understand correctly nose rings are removable.
She is quite good looking, in a “hippie peasant girl” sort of way, modern flavor. The tattoos are unfortunate, but so common now as to, probably, escape notice.
BTW she has succeeded in her purpose if the video audience is what she was going for.
