WAS IT AN “ACCIDENT?” Lara Logan Intel Sources Claim Baltimore Bridge Collapse On “Second busiest strategic roadway for hazardous materials” Was “absolutely brilliant strategic attack”

Independent journalist Lara Logan’s report on the “accident” is very different from the reports in the mainstream media.

Here’s what Logan had to say about the cargo ship’s “accident” with the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore:

Multiple intel sources: The Baltimore bridge collapse was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason-Dixon line, exactly like the Civil War.

The second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material is now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals, and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled.

Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution.

The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.

Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute.

Attack perfectly targeted.

“They have figured out how to bring us down. As long as you stay away from the teeth of the US military, you can pick the US apart.

A series of mechanical events plus weather condition that led to the ship changing course.

Wind, 8 knots from the east, gusts to 11 knots (I monitored FSK marine buoy FSKM2, for the windspeed and water temp: 42.8 deg F).

Wind on the port bow - a crosswind - at an attack angle of about 40 - 45 degrees to the ship centerline when the ship was in the lane approaching the FSK bridge. That wind naturally pushing the bow to starboard.

THE FSK BRIDGE LANE - See: Online Nautical Chart

You may download a nautical Baltimore area nautical chart.

A ship has to maintain speed and a rudder angle slightly to starboard, that keeps the bow somewhat into the wind, by keeping the stern a bit downwind. Similar to an airplane keeping its nose a bit into the wind, when on approach to landing, when in a crosswind.

When the power is lost, and the ship is adrift, the wind takes advantage.

This is happening when the ship is near ENOUGH the bridge - given ship's MOMENTUM.

The ship's crew tried an emergency reverse thrust.

THAT caused the stern to move to port.

So, bow to starboard, stern to port. Hence: New course to the bridge - toward the bridge support.

The Dali crew notified the FSK bridge authority of an emergency.

- - -

For perspective, try the same ship with a NE instead of E wind, and windspeed at 20 knots.

That would cause a very heavy load on the port side of the ship, and probably not wise to pass under the bridge.

Baltimore marine pilots probably have guidance about that condition - instructions, notices about "High Risk Periods."

- - -

OH NO! - Looking at International Maritime Pilots Association.

They have a manual: DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION (D&I) GUIDANCE FOR PILOTAGE - PDF file.

Yes, and while some say it could take up to four years until the bridge is repaired others say several months. Call out the Ntl guard and contractor and remove the debris in maybe 2 weeks. Build bridge prefab.

China could likely get it done in less than 4 months.

Here's an Overpass In Beijing Being Replaced in Under Two Days

Watch: China builds a bridge in mere 43 hours!

I appreciate your post and your experience, and agree with the ‘taking one’s own pulse’ quote.

But propaganda, and those who want to exacerbate our concerns and fears for their own purposes, do exist.

Absolutely. I concur fully on that point. And not just the douchebags who like to stir people up for enjoyment.

I have no doubt there are paid, professional agitators on here.

"...China could likely get it done in less than 4 months..."

Given the record of building and bridge collapses in Communist China, I wouldn't hold them up as something to emulate, FRiend.

The malfeasance was the ship’s owner skimping on maintenance costs.

But look at all the shareholder value he added up to now.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. If they spent money and time on that execrable “manual” instead of spending it on actual training, I would view that as criminal negligence.

Careful - pretty soon they’ll call YOU a leftist and accuse YOU of being one of the ‘paid agitators’.

(It’s one of their favorite tactics. I’ve been there :-)

Re the speed. The ALS track shows that this sea jalopy was making a little over 6 knots at the time of impact. A 5kt “no wake” speed would not have made a difference. Modern container ships are mind bogglingly huge.

You hit the nail on the head with the observation about the lack of dolphins though. Maryland didn’t want to pay for them, and things were fine for 47 years, right up until they weren’t. You can bet any replacement bridge will sport dolphins or other features, plus a more robust (and expensive) span design.

"In a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act."

Yes.

It has also been my experience in this life that there are people so invested in whatever narrative they subscribe to (even a knowingly false one) will viciously attack anyone who attempts to either tell the truth or submit possible alternative explanations.

So your post, spoken in at least some spirit of jest or humor, has a kernel of truth to it.

With all we’ve seen in the last few years, anyone who uses the term “conspiracy theory” un-ironically is a damn fool.

The real conspiracy is that the ship was rammed into the bridge to cover up Pee Diddler’s PizzaGate investigation 😉

I initially read 7kts, but you’re correct, 6,5,4, wouldn’t have made much difference, given the weight in motion.
Tug assist should have been mandatory for all large commercial vessels to get past that bridge.
In Miami, cruise ships have their own canal, all others use pilot boats.

Conspiracy or not, my favorite observed spook tactic is when someone gets close to an actual conspiracy, but then false-friend spooks show up and add over the top crap into the mix to discredit the entire thing, which the dickhead spooks can then deride mercilessly so as to dissuade further scrutiny.

Example: "Doctors are reporting an increase in myocarditis in patients who have had the vaccine. And perfectly healthy kids are dropping dead after receiving it."

False-friend spook: "Yeah, and there's razor blades in the needles!"

Dickhead spook: "Nobody is dying of razor blades. The shots are safe. You people are conspiracy kooks!"

Absolutely. I have seen this pattern all over - not just on FR.

“Took out the Concrete support. Of all the places to hit, it had to hit there. Pretty big water area, and it hits that?”

The ship is sailing between two supports in order to exit. The ship is longer than the distance between the supports. Without power, and steering, it’s more likely to crash than slip between.
