Oh it's a more than a minor blip. But it won't take years to re-open the port. Might take years to rebuild the bridge, but not to re-open the port. Won't speculate how long it will take them to clear a channel, but definitely not years.

BTW, that is the 20th largest port by tonnage. Not even close to first or second. See https://www.bts.gov/content/tonnage-top-50-us-water-ports-ranked-total-tons
