Ms. Barber earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and she completed her graduate studies at Penn State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Maryland and Coach University, Furthermore, Ms. Barber has taught at the university and community college levels, furthering her commitment to advancing education opportunities for all individuals.
Ms. Barber's parents instilled in her a strong sense of civic responsibility, leading her to volunteer hundreds of hours annually to serve various organizations. So no engineering degree? No military training?..no on the job experience?...no tech or physics studies?
Now she can spread the contracts around in an equitable manner. Especially since there will be at least a few hundred million in new federal bridge rebuilding money that will need to be distributed. Wouldn’t be surprised if a bit of it splashed over toward certain family run enterprises in Delaware.
Not a single word about her experience in port facilities management, transportation, or infrastructure management. Unqualified.
