This is quite a Movie-of-the-Week story about The “Gilbert Goons”......a bunch of High School Bullies wreaking havoc in their community while the cops did nothing.

They finally killed a nice boy as the community finally rose up in disgust as the sewage spilled out:

<><>school coach fired,
<><>one Goon’s mom is a principle, now put on leave....
<><>and more.

Upshot.... they got ‘em...finally. These punks are about to meet Bubba in the Gray Hotel and find out there’s always someone bigger and tougher.

In 1990 the population of Gilbert was just shy of 30,000. Today it is just shy of 300,000!

Major corporations have moved to the area and brought their workforces with them.

Did the "good people" of Gilbert finally get their act together or was it all of the new folks who finally saw that justice needed to be done?
