Would a nuclear strike against Iran trigger nuclear responses from Russia for their ally Iran?
Oh brother...a headline of pure speculation in a manner intended to demonize the victim (Israel) yet again.
Hint: yeah, they’re gonna go nuclear after a fashion... they’re going to use conventional weapons to strike targets related to Iran’s own nuclear capabilities.
I seriously doubt it. It’s not their style.

“The large number of events that had to be handled at precisely the right time doubles the chance of making a mistake.
“With all the high technologies, the expectation was for a breach in the defense of the skies of the State of Israel. Even if we got 90% protection it would be a miracle. What happened though is that everyone, I mean everyone - the pilots, the system operators and the technology operators - acted as one man at one moment in total unity. If this is not an act of God, then I no longer know what a miracle is.”
And the doctor marvels and adds, “This is sharper than the victory of the Six Day War or the War of Independence. There it can be explained according to nature. The rescue that took place for the people of Israel on Shabbat night is simply impossible naturally. I believe that this miracle saved the lives of many people from Israel. If the defense system had failed to intercept a number of cruise missiles, the result would have dragged us into a very complex campaign.
“I wouldn’t bet that next time it will work like this without divine supervision. The simple proof of what I said is that the managers of the security industries who develop and manufacture these systems guarantee no more than 90% success!
“’Since the day you came out of the land of Egypt we have shown you wonderful things!’ Happy Holidays!”
That’s how he ended his words.
I doubt it, but a few well-placed missiles might bring down enough of the mountain to make their underground nuclear facilities inaccessible for a long time.
I believe the nuclear option would only be a last resort for Israel. Now Iran is a different story because they don’t think like we do. If they are destroyed in the process of annihilating Israel, they’ll be heroes and might even bring the Mahdi (spelling) into the world.

The most likely target for a nuclear strike would be South Lebanon. Hezbollah is dug in deep in their defensive positions there and the IDF would suffer many casualties trying to root them out. But before Israel considers a nuke things will have to get much worse than they are now. If Israel fires off a nuke the allies they have now including the US will then be forced to distance themselves from Israel. It would be a crazy move but I wouldn’t put it past Netanyahu to do it.

My opinion is that Israel should do the world a huge favor by obliterating Iran’s nuclear facilities, using conventional bunker busters, leaving a 500 foot deep pit where they used to be.
Look at the facts. Look at the behaviour of Iran over the l ast 40 years, spreading terror around the world, dedicated to the destruction of Israel and AMerica. Thousands of American soldiers were killed or maimed by IEDs in Iran and Afghanistan,made by Iran and distributed by The Iranian Army Red Guard ( QUDS).
I’d say its time for accountability.NOW.
