I saw Clapton in Fort Worth a couple of years ago, great concert. The Dallas Morning News music critic wrote of his surprise that Eric made no Covid comments. I wrote to him and said, “Man, we were there for the music, no one wanted to hear politics. Eric knew that.”

He replied, “yeah, I guess you’re right.”

Went to a Peter, Paul and Mary concert a number of years ago. Great concert until after the break. When they came back on stage they started to spew their liberal views. Guess they had forgotten where they were, conservative central Indiana. Half the crowd started blowing and walked out. They probably didn’t care; they had our money. But it ruined a great concert.
