That’s what need now, but places such as NYC and Chicago make the cops’ jobs very difficult, tying their hands, for most things; not to mention the no bail stuff and NO real punishments handed out in many instances.
I like those cow dung spreaders for crowd control, biodegradable stink bombs/pig urine, or pour a little diesel and hand out matches to people in cars.
