Hamas flags, or Antifa flags would work even better.

Cute.

I think very few people with any political interest actually believe that our government represents the people of this nation and acts in their interests.

Decade after decade, looting the American tax payers and always putting America last, those running the U.S. government have clearly and repeatedly demonstrated their hate and contempt for this country and it’s people.

Many people STILL do not believe, or comprehend than this nation today has “political prisoners.”

That our Intel, federal law enforcement and select courts were used in what amount to kangaroo justice: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kangaroo_court

I’ve realized this too.

I always ask one simple question: name me one of the first 10 amendments (Bill of Rights), which has not been abridged?

Today, you have the privilege of having a government agency explain to you what your rights are.

No one ever gets 100% of what he wants. And that’s just one of the winning factions. Would blacks prefer that they never have to work another day, that the rest of society work to support them in the style to which they would like to become accustomed? Sure. But that isn’t happening, because the non-blacks in the Democrat coalition would revolt at having to pay for this.

The idea that the small pro-Russian faction of the GOP gets to dictate Ukraine policy is ludicrous. The intensity of your support for Russian empire does not mean others are equally partial toward Russian ambitions, only a little less so. 3/4 of GOP Reps voted for this because they fear losing the general more than they fear getting primaried. As Bill Shipley, a prominent Jan 6 defense lawyer put it, voting for Russian empire will lose them the election.

[Some unpleasant FACTS about Congress that Maga-world needs to accept.
Ukraine aid is VERY POPULAR in swing districts — those districts that were won by Biden but currently have GOP Reps.
Ukraine aid is much less popular in safe GOP districts — places where Reps like Gaetz, MTG, etc., represent.

Opposing Ukraine aids will guarantee electoral success in safe GOP seats — wait, we have those already.

It will lead to electoral losses in battleground seats.

I prefer a GOP majority in the House as compared to a GOP minority.

The larger the majority the better because it allows them to pursue policies preferred by GOP voters. without having to compromise. They can even freeze out the 10-12 knuckleheads who are always looking for leverage to be an “Army of One.”

I fear a Democrat majority because they have shown themselves willing to pass laws that will cripple the country in ways that will likely be irreversible — which is their goal because they think those changes will be good and the more permanent they can make them the better.

THIS IS THE GAME OF POLITICS.

Learn the rules or prepare yourself to be screwed.]

They’re not stabbing their voters in the back to curry favor with a fringe of pro-Russia partisans.

I don’t know of any “pro-Russia” faction here in the U.S.

I know plenty of people who don’t give enough of a damn to spend even one penny of U.S. taxpayer funds on welfare for Ukrainians, though.

Personally, I’m rooting for the Russians to conquer Alexander Vindman’s home country and occupy it for a thousand years … but that’s it.

Rooting for the Russians to win, but not pro-Russian pretty much sums up why nobody takes Russophiles seriously when they feign neutrality. I know how you really feel, and you’re surely entitled to feel that way. It’s just that you’re not a majority, for now. And minority factions generally don’t get the last word on these issues.

No. Back in the ancient times of 2021, a president could be impeached for talking to a Ukrainian. Waving Ukrainian flags would be seen as insurrectionist foreign support of that president. Go straight to Gitmo instead of Lubyanka on the Potomac to spend more uncharged time for rebellion than Jefferson Davis.

There are principals that our leaders have sworn to uphold and should be following, i.e. the US Constitution.

The framework of this document, an agreement between the ruled and ruling system is such that people have certain “unalienable rights.” Those are expressed in the first 10 amendments, i.e. our Bill or Rights.

The US Constitution, which basically should be the framework for all laws in this country, and lays out the basic processes and procedures in how this government runs, should not be side stepped by one of the branches of government, a bureaucracy formulating policy, or by some demagogue using another “emergency” to force his agenda.

No, it’s not everyone gets a little bit, which is another fallacy BTW: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_to_moderation

Every US Congressman and President, bureaucrat, military service member, should be well versed in this document since they raise their right hand and swear to defend it from all enemies foreign and domestic. It is the foundation of this nation and it’s not a compromise deal, it’s not partially right, gets partially considered when making policy, partially enforced... Yes, it’s 100% when it comes to the Constitution, otherwise you can just throw it away.

You have no business claiming to be conservative if think the US Constitution isn’t the basic foundation of law, our rights as citizens, or how the government operates.

Ukraine: there is zero, zip, NOTHING which is binding and in fact, it’s us that is expanding, not Russia. If you go back and read what our founding fathers wanted, what they foresaw as threats to us, what they warned us about, it is exactly what you’re advocating: https://history.state.gov/milestones/1784-1800/washington-farewell

On a person level:

Most the folks today that are pro-war cheerleaders and are responsible for the unnecessary destruction of a nation fall into four groups:

1). Those with some sort of split loyalty because they purchased a mail order bride from Ukraine and now have family there, bla bla bla.

2). Those with some past injustice that are seeking some sort of revenge, i.e. Victory Nuland. The Nuddleman Jew on a quest to wage war with Russia.

3). Totally brainwashed idiots that can’t break loose from a paradigm which ended in 1991. There are some that still didn’t get the news: https://nsarchive.gwu.edu/sites/default/files/2021-12/NYT%20front%20page%201991-12-26_1.jpg

4). Those that are making a huge profit from this mess, i.e. the war industrial complex another President which was great warned us about: https://youtu.be/Gg-jvHynP9Y?si=BnDSUzQAZwcD9ptx

Sorry to be so blunt. But there is no real “logical” explanation for what happened, logic meaning risks and return on investment are considered.

What happened in Ukraine is entirely unnecessary (NATO East expansion and the war), preventable, and foreseeable in outcome.

It’s a collosal policy failure, where bad decisions led to thousands dying unnecessarily, the destruction of a nations economy, and ending the little bit of a democracy Ukraine did have (Mr Z is a de facto illegitimate dictator as of about 3 or 4 months ago - but who cares about that in a war where we are allegedly fighting for democracy).

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've been consistent in my political philosophy for decades. There is no compelling U.S. interest in passing tens of billions of dollars in "white people welfare" for Ukrainians and globalist/corporate interests who own our government and consider Congress and the president nothing more than lapdogs.

Give it time ... I'm sure all the warmongering globalists here on FR will be singing a completely different tune when it's Hamas flags or Nazi flags being waved in the chambers of Congress.
