In most states, a sperm donor (at least through a clinic) will not have to pay child support.
The new trick is for the mom to move to a jurisdiction they does not have this law , then sue the man.
Here again, there is a split with some courts saying you have to follow the law where the sperm was donated and others saying you follow the law where the child is located.
Of course, it’s generally awful lesbians trying to get free rides off men.
Lesson: don’t take the risk.

Hey! It’s on the internet so it must be true.
After some digging, I located the bio dad. He's very black and I'm not. I had cancer in 1985 and haven't been able to have kids since then. The children in question were sired about 1998. I eventually tracked down the supervisor of the miscreant employees and explained what was going on. They were TERMINATED and any further harassment over their fictitious person was terminated.
These days in this country, justice ANYWHERE is utterly unknown.

In today's society she can have it both ways. We do not have a justice system, we have a legal system. A corrupt one at that.
I recall that case, and believe it was in commiefornia. If you had not brought it up, I would have.
To get someone pregnant be any means is putting oneself in harms way.
The alternative is a new concept called fall in love and get married, then have kids. I know many of you will think this idea is just stupid, but maybe it would work out OK for the parents and the kid. I don’t know, I just read about this concept last week.

The only way to donate sperm is person to person with all the usual/normal caveats.
No sympathy from me. I’m perfectly OK with this. Men want to help women have babies without husbands, let them support the kids THEY CHOSE TO HELP CREATE.
My money says it was a male judge who did this. The only time men seem to get a fair deal is when a female judges oversees their cases. Male judges, like men in general, are sometimes only concerned about earning their favors from whomever they want to stick it into.
Just tell her that you plan to sue for custody if the baby.

Well I’ve never been regretful or remorseful about getting a vasectomy at age 19.
Based on today’s family courts and what CPS can do to someone I think it may have been the best decision of my life.
What you are talking about are those things that could be described as “laws”.
Laws are optional now. Enforceable for some and non enforceable for others.
