The only green house gas that matters on Earth is water vapor and since the Earth’s surface is about 70 percent water, that is beyond anyone’s control.
The fools know that and substitute measures that amount to scratching their asses in an attempt to beguile a stupid public into compliance with their perverted attempts to destroy Western civilization.
Grant easements for farmers where their taxes are significantly reduced in exchange for a commitment to plant trees on 10% of their farmland. At maturity these trees will add 20% CO2 sequestering capacity to existing forests. It will also create new economic opportunities depending on the type of trees planted.
