It is not at all proper for courts to try to make laws or to read law school theories into the law and policy laid down by the Congress.

What the heck does Biden’s training mean in this sentence?
This is how it should be, but the deep state is sure that it is easier to beat Trump in the courts than at the polls (maybe not either)
It’s not the courts, it’s the Democrats interfering in elections who are putting these wacko cases into the courts, Biden, Fani, Bragg et al.
