I am going to give you a warning that you need to take seriously. It is very likely you have genetic defects causing your problems.
Ivermectin is something you need to be careful with..similar to issues with certain breed of dogs.
Start out very small dosage if you do it.

For around $500 if you hit a sale right you can get a whole gene test from Nebula with a lifetime subscription. You can upload it to genetic genie and it will pop up some of the problems that affect meds. You can do it with 23andme test results too but that test misses a lot
Of course once you do this you are pretty much on your own to figure out what to do with it. My Doctors are pretty clueless.

best to take a dosage appropriate for your weight or within 20 pounds of your weight
Same here, I have a long list of meds I can’t take and currently I don’t take any prescription meds.
