NYC judge retiring to Florida days after setting free deranged brute who broke mom-of-three’s jaw
The turn-em-loose judge who released an alleged predator who randomly sucker-punches people left the bench Friday — just days after the bizarre ruling — and is moving to Florida.
Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Matthew Sciarrino retired with more than a year-and-a-half left on his mayoral appointment, two days after setting free the deranged suspect accused of socking Dulche Pichardo of Crown Heights in the face and breaking the 57-year-old mother-of-three’s jaw.

He’s moving here because he won’t be confused with a beached whale by Eskimos scouting the shoreline and because it’s generally safer since we don’t tolerate judges like him.
He’ll probably end up in a gated community. Something most of the rest of us can’t afford.

Florida needs to post some rules about who is allowed to move there. Liberal set em free judges should be on the Do Not Allow list.

I moved down here from Maryland in part to get away from this crap. I don’t want it following me down here. The judge should just move upstate and meet all the people living in continued poverty because Albany was stupid enough to enact a fracking ban.

That’s probably the best way, just make it very uncomfortable for this pig. I cannot stand guys like this because they make life miserable for millions of people (NYC has a population of 8 million) and then they split town not having to suffer through those consequences.
