It may be that the massive factory is impacting local quality of life.
Imagine a massive factory being placed near Quaintsville, New England.
From day one, when it was openly discussed that the factory ‘might’ be built...there were various groups opposed...wanting some type of understandings, wage concessions, and control of the ‘product’. Lot of warning given, and some folks suggested that Elon would have been better off going to Czech or Poland.
