Looks like he had little time on his hands waitng for the leather bars to open.
He's probably into kinkier things: like having sex with dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, etc.
I would hate to think he's still all excited about the sexual revolution and utterly clueless as to its consequences.
But, then again, he is a brainy liberal.
