While I am very supportive (envious) of the new conventional MOAB technology, I have absolutely no problem comprehending the capabilities of nuclear weaponry.

I fought in the Cold War.
We won that one, or did you forget?

And no, I, and my fellow all volunteer military members were not bluffing or posturing, when I/we prepared with the very best of our considerable skills and capabilities, to enact a destructive war, on a scale most civilians can not even begin to imagine.
