If someone thinks drugs are heaven on earth, that is just an extreme approval of the drugs (as an example). How do you figure that if someone uses other phrases to utter the same approval that it isn't the same? Very simple: Not all approval is extreme approval. Did you really not know that?

what is the exact difference between **approval** by the pro recreational drug crowd and **extreme approval** by the pro recreational drug crowd?
