I suppose - after Rokhlin, Lebed, ...string of various high-profile journalists and politicians, then Politkovskaya and Litvinineko, not many more left. He will soon probably knock off himself - just to cause trouble for Putin, of course. That's what Putin's adversaries have been doing over past several years - they kill themselves to spite him.

Formally these cases have no connection with Putin. I know no evidence of otherwise. In today's Russia many people have been killed just because the country lives in hard times. They were politicians, bandits, busenessmen (or the both).

The situation changed a bit to the better at Putin's office.
