I think the guy who forged the Kenyan BC was the one who said he 'discovered' the document it was forged from: Steve Ellis, who also goes by Koyaan. He had an ongoing battle with Polarik over who was the better Photoshop expert. His story about discovering the forgery was a little too convenient.
Someone who claimed to be Koyaan was posting as KenyanBCPunkster Friday night. He was invited by Ender Wiggins. He claimed that he forged the BC and we could ask him questions.
