Given the information that the WH has leaked, would you like to be the lawyer that tries to prove that the info in the book is more or damaging? There will shortly be a movie out that was based on info supplied by the WH,DOD and CIA.

If the Justice Department decides to prosecute this guy a trial will open up the whole can of worms—the Stuxnet Virus, drone target hit list, Bin Laden raid, etc.—of secrets leaked by the White House. Subpoenas delivered to the National Security Council would probably get the government to drop the case.
