Actually, what SRI is showing is that LENR —what you would call ‘cold fusion’ perhaps— is happening. The tests are getting more energy out (as heat) than they are putting in, plus they’re getting hydrogen fusing to make forms of Helium and they are getting beyond baseline amounts of Tritium.
