Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin are two of Hillarys most loyal and fanatical janissaries. There is nothing they will not do to protect her.

Three interesting things in this for me.
1) The DOJ arranged the FBI interview of Mills. She left the interview because the FBI interviewer asked questions that were out of bounds to what was agreed to beforehand. This should remove any doubt this is a criminal probe.
2) Mills is a lawyer and had a lawyer with her. It has been reported the Clintons are paying for her lawyers. I think it’s fair to conclude the Clinton’s don’t want her talking or making deal.
3) Breitbart reported that Mills left the room when asked about the process that was used to decide which emails to release to State and which to delete. When she returned, she asserted attorney client privilege. I don’t see any way these events could be covered by privilege. Mills was either working for the State Department and can be compelled to testify or she was Hillary’s attorney after she left her post and was assisting her client in destroying material stolen from the government.
Sure sounds like more than trading recipe cards and deciding what is and isn’t classified as Hillary has said. Sounds a lot like the FBI is tightening the noose on criminal charges.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton’s longtime underling, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.
According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.
The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:
“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”

Cheryl Mills, Clinton/s chief of staff at the State Dept, sent the email to the Clinton Foundation’s foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai, on July 12, 2012.
The message, which was originally obtained by the group Citizens United through a public records request, is partially redacted because it includes foreign government information that has been classified Confidential by the State Department......but was not marked classified by the State Department until this past summer, intelligence sources tell the Free Beacon that it would have been classified at the time Mills sent it because foreign government information is considered classified from inception.
The message could add to concerns from congressional and FBI investigators about whether former Secretary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while at the State Department.
About half of the forwarded message was redacted due to its classified nature before the State Department released it to Citizens United last month. Although it is not clear what the redacted section includes, the State Department said in a court motion filed last week that it concerns both foreign government information and critical aspects of U.S. foreign relations, including U.S. foreign activities carried out by officials of the U.S. Government.
The State Department added that the disclosure of this information has the potential to damage and inject friction into our bilateral relationship with African countries whose cooperation is important to U.S. national security.

Cheryl Mills later forwarded the full message to the foundation/s operative along with talking points for ex-President Clinton shortly before Bill Clinton was scheduled to visit the Congo region.
Why were they interviewing Mills in the first place if the emails were off limits?
