Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain cut relations with Qatar for supporting the Muslim Brotherhood. The Saudi-led Arab coalition fighting Yemen's Houthi rebels also expelled Qatar from its alliance because of Doha's practices of strengthen terrorism. Qatar has categorically denied supporting; Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and is confidant US President Donald Trump will not last in power.

Rab.
Qatar is where brocko was sending the gitmo prisoners on work-furlough. I think it was because, as he put it, Qatar is the most moderate of all the M.E. nations?
Sucks when everything you touch turns to $hit.
Al Jezeera is owned by Qatar, so this is the Qatari side of the story.
All the countries breaking ties cite Qatar’s support of terrorists, which al Jezeera does not mention.
This is a big deal.
Saudi Arabia is closing Qatar’s only land border. Qatari citizens have to leave those countries within two weeks - no more partying or shopping in Dubai, no Hajj in Mecca.
It is nut cracking time over there.
Qatar was also the host for the headquarters of CENTCOM, during Operation Iraqi Freedom, so you could say they lit both ends of the candle.
So wha’ does it all mean?
I think the focus of this whole action....goes strictly back to Al Jezeera. Egypt is pretty angry with their coverage over the past four years. Saudi Arabia sees the network as a threat to them. Same can be said for Bahrain and UAE. For a while, Egypt had some of the Al Jezeera journalists locked up.
If you were looking for sponsorship of terror charities...Qatar would probably be a lesser candidate, along with Iran. Saudi Arabia would be at the top of the sponsorship list. That also tells part of this story.
It’s an old expression. I meant to say that Qatar was trying to be friendly with both us and the terrorists at the same time.
Qatar is a major sponsor for the Muslim Brotherhood, which is outlawed in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and especially Egypt.
I believe that Egypt passed a death sentence on on their former Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammad Morsi, specifically for passing state secrets to Qatar. The Egyptians still accuse Qatar of being the main funder of jihadis in Libya and the Sinai.
Qatar gives safe haven to Sheik Qaradawi, a Muslim Brotherhood propagandist, and a prime platform on their AlJezeera broadcasts to 60 million Arabic speakers. He has been named by moderate islamic scholars as one of the most prominent of the sheikhs of death, who manipulate religion to incite violence, for providing a religious cover for terrorism. He famously issued a fatwa against the lives of all Americans in Iraq - military or civilian, man, woman or child.
Bottom line is that not only does Qatar fund the same jihadi groups that the Saudis covertly do, the Qataris also fund a bunch that not even the Saudis would not touch - and even some that actively attack or subvert the Saudis and their closest allies.
It may go down in history as a great turning point, like "Tear Down This Wall!"
All those nasty regimes squabbling. They all fund jihadist terrorist groups, but then fall out over which group gets what. The various “Free Syria” groups which they fund also feud and fight with each other.
I think this means that the pressure is off Iran. The Persians will like to see the Arabs squabbling. Then, they can’t threaten Tehran.
Berosus, so wha does it all mean?
Rab can but agree with BeauBo, This is a big deal.
R.
Yes, this is a very big deal - and thanks for posting the article.
I still think its like the Crypts cutting off relations with the Bloods.
They all fund and support terrorism and have in the past with the fingerprints of IS as well in the Saudi court.
Can’t figure, why no terrorist attacks in Qatar?
“[Qatar] embraces multiple terrorist and sectarian groups aimed at disturbing stability in the region, including the Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS and Al-Qaida, and promotes the message and schemes of these groups through their media constantly,” the Saudi state news agency SPA said, in an apparent reference to Qatar's influential state-owned satellite channel al Jazeera.

Can it be something else as well.
Perhaps this:
Qatar paid around $20m to Nusra to evacuate Kua and Kefraya (Shia villages in Syria) in exchange for Iran's release of royal falconers.
Further confirming the need to clean house on the Clinton corruption scandals, JUDICIAL WATCH uncovered 508 pages of new documents thanks to our historic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking information about possible conflicts of interest involving the Hillary Clinton State Department and Bill Clintons various activities.
More than 440 pages of the documents were redacted either in full, or with only minor notations remaining. The documents were released as a result of a federal court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department on May 28, 2013 ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-00772)).
The documents included an undated, unsigned memo entitled Private Sector Opportunities for WJC [William Jefferson Clinton]. The memo provided capabilities analysis of three companies with major investment interests in Haiti (the earthquake-ravaged country in which the Clintons and their cronies made billions). The companies included Tetra Pak, Seaboard, and CEMEX.
The documents also include a lengthy March 2009 email from Clinton Foundation Director of Foreign Policy Amitabh Desai to former Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro and subsequently forwarded to top Clinton aide Jake Sullivan containing the names of nearly 200 then-current and former heads of state to be invited to the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting.
The list includes dignitaries from Saudi Arabia, which gave $14.5 million to the Clinton Foundation; Kuwait, which gave between $5 and $10 million; Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar all of which donated between $1 and $5 million over the years.
In February 2015, the Washington Post reported, A third of foundation donors who have given more than $1 million are foreign governments or other entities
and foreign donors make up more than half of those who have given more than $5 million.
CIRCA 2002--THE QATAR-CLINTON CONNECTION---
The Clinton Foundation took $1,250,000 (that we know of)
from Mideast kingdom--Qatar.
Qatar was recently exposed as beng embroiled in FIFA bribery.
The Clinton presidential library in Arkansas lists Brunei, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar as donors that gave between $1 million and $5 million (at the time of research).
In 2002, the Clinton Foundation, itself, confirmed the donations: "The Clinton Foundation's impact would not be possible without the generous support of our donors," the foundation's website reads. "Their contributions have made a difference in the lives of tens of millions across the world."

Qatar became the new home of the Gitmo Five via the infamous Bergdahl swap.
==================================================
Hillary later told Fox's Greta Van Susteren that Qatar was "not a threat to the US." Hillary never mentioned Qatar subsidizing the Clinton Library/Foundation.
Hillary's remarks lead some to believe the donation was a payoff....Hillary bribed to defend Qatar....blatantly ignoring America's ntl security interests.
=====================================================
Qatar also donated to the Clinton Presidential Library, Little Rock.
The Clinton Library bills itself as "linking the significance of a 20th century American presidency.....
.... with the ongoing and far-reaching work of The Clinton Global Foundation."
(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down)
No mention of Clinton being impeached and disbarred for lying or the numerous scandals besieging the nefarious Clinton Foundation.

REALITY CHECK Despite its grandiose self-promotion, The William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park---- is just another "Clinton Cash" snake pit.....subsidized by taxpayers,....and some shady foreign characters.

Sounds like there may be a travel ban between SA and Qatar!
