So Pence owes the Koch brothers as President (which he would not become on his own - until possibly 2024 - unless Trump is removed from office now) because they gave money to his gubernatorial campaigns? REALLY?

California is the classic example of the leftist Bizarro state model. They’re in such deep s**t financially, and yet you ask any lefty out there they’ll say they’re living in a state that is prosperous and a model for the rest of America.
Impeachment is a very difficult process, for a reason. In terms of efficiency, a successful assassination would be both much quicker, and perhaps would result in the objectives the dissenting faction has been seeking. But there are myriad things just unspeakably wrong with such a strategy, and if the operation were not 100% perfectly executed, the very real probability exists that everything would blow up in the faces of the dissenters.
The one time that near success with this strategy could be claimed was the Kennedy assassination, in which the perpetrators were successful in almost entirely covering their tracks, but the imbalance created for the next half a century almost sent this nation out of control. There was a Deep State in operation back then, too. LBJ was just its most visible face.
The next President is Trump.
And he will be more dangerous to the swamp things.

The more successful Trump is in draining the Swamp, the greater the likelihood of his assassination. The Swamp is Evil and they will do what it takes to survive.
