You are correct - the stories are written very one-sided, and many of us debating are not lawyers.
I would think you may have better results providing information to others should you choose to be as civil to them as you have been to me. You started out on this thread by insulting the original poster and intimating he (or she) must have been drinking when they posted.
And you wonder why people react angrily.
Go figure.

In the past, they have always gotten worse after Happy Hour.
