Would N.Korean Would N.Korean Olympic Participation Violate Sanctions

North Korea takes part in the 2018 Winter Olympics would that technically violate UN Security Council resolutions sanctioning the regime over its nuclear and missile programs? Province Governor Choi Moon-soon met with North Korea's sports chief Mun Ung in China and offered to ferry them to South Korea aboard a cruise ship. The International Olympic Committee has also said it is willing to shoulder their expenses.

So I guess the IOC will go "WINK WINK" to all the judges at the events that the NKoreans will be in, and allow them to walk away with all the gold medals?

Meanwhile Fatboy will be watching the Olympic events and fidgeting with his red button while the SKoreans & the rest of the world cowers & trembles at the terror of a NKorean nuke warhead looming over their heads?
