The Queen is the head of state, and this isn’t a family BBQ. Trump doesn’t bring his son or grandkids along for state meetings, why would she?

No, I think Charles is too liberal to converse intelligently with Trump. William was probably never asked to attend meeting. The Queen is quite capable and wanted to do it. Her husband Prince Philip retired, and has some dementia or memory issues, so medical issues, not safe. Prince Harry is a friend of Obama’s... not a good idea.

I have to read this article with a tinge of skeptism. If a young royal thinks President Trump is such a terrible, awful man, why would they allow their 90-something year old granny to face him alone??? Even if it is accurate reporting, what does that say about a future king of England? Will he only meet with his best buds when he’s king? Color me skeptical.
One can only hope that Queen Elizabeth will outlive Prince Charles.

During Mr Trump’s UK visit he broke royal protocol – seemingly by accident - by failing to bow to her Majesty and then walked on in front of her when the pair were inspecting the guard
We settled that back in the late 1770s when we broke protocol and kicked your pommie arses; we bow to no mortal, only God, the Father, and his Son, Jesus.
